DREAMING BIG AND HAVING A PURPOSE
OUR HISTORY
Gov2Green starts its activities in Portugal in 2022, but it actually has a long track record.
The initiative is a spin-off from BrazilLAB, the first innovation hub focused on startups working with the public sector, also known as Gov2Greentechs.


Present in Brazil and other countries in South America since 2016, o BrazilLAB has directly impacted over 5,000 entrepreneurs and accelerated more than 130 startups, 49% of which have signed agreements to provide solutions to the public sector.

Letícia Piccolotto
Founder Gov2Green
Holding a B.A. in International Relations and M.A. in Social Sciences, as well as extension courses in Adaptive Leadership from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard and Leadership and Organizational Management from Harvard Business School, Letícia has more than 20 years of experience in different organizations, such as Goldman Sachs, Instituto Empreender Endeavor, Bloomberg Foundation, Public Leadership Center (PLC), and BRAVA Foundation. Six years ago she founded BrazilLAB, the first Brazilian GovTech innovation hub. In 2020, she was elected one of the 20 GovTech global leaders by Creators, the leading Israeli hub that promotes innovation around the world.

Guilherme Dominguez

Lawyer, professor, and entrepreneur. Cofounder and CEO of BrazilLAB. Founder and Executive Director of ILDD – Institute for Studies in Leadership, Law, and Development. Specialist and Master’s in Administrative Law from PUC/SP. Professor of Administrative Law and Digital Law at the School of Law of the University of Vale do Paraíba (UNIVAP). Founding partner of Dominguez Advogados. Lecturer on innovation topics in government and GovTech. Columnist of the Inova&Ação section in the JOTA web portal.

Bruna Mattos
Project Manager
Holding a B.A. and M.A. in Public Policy Management from the University of São Paulo (EACH/USP), she has more than 8 years of experience in managing social projects, with focus on digital transformation and education. Supports groups with experience in organizing, managing, and standardizing processes for strategic planning and institutional development with national and international public interest organizations.

Evelyn Hirose
Institutional Development Coordinator
B.A. in International Relations from PUC SP and extension courses in the London School of Economics and Political Science and CEATS-FIA/USP, where she studied Social Responsibility and Non-Governmental Organizations. She has worked for ABONG (Brazilian Association of NGOs) and co-authored the book NGOs and Universities – Cooperation Challenges in América. She has also worked in the private sector, in investment banking, and the technology industry. She has been an entrepreneur since 2009.
